1. Packing

All canvases are carefully packaged to prevent damage during the transportation, and reaches you in perfect condition, we never trust the courier people.

For shipment of Canvas only, we will roll the canvas and put in a strong cardboard paper tube and send it by post.

For stretched canvas or framed canvas, more secured packing is used.

2. Shipping

It takes 10-14 days to ship out the order, should there any delay, you will be notified by e-mail.

For NSW or Victoria customers, we use Fastway Courier to ensure next day delivery.

For Other states, we use a Direct Freight Forwarder.

You can also pick up your order at our Sydney shops at the Castle Hill Supa Centa or Rhodes Shopping Centre (click address) with no freight charges.

* Shipping is charged at a flat rate to any metropolitan city location.
